Noosa Architects win Mooloolaba Residential Project

We are very excited that our design vision and approach has been selected in a limited competition for a 18m high, $12million project on a 'gateway' site in Mooloolaba. 'Mulu' (tbc) will be a 'benchmark' mixed use multiple housing development at the gateway to the Sunshine Coast tourism mecca, Mooloolaba in Queensland.

Our design vision is for a landscape rich, exemplar mixed use building attuned to its place. Highly efficient in natural climate control and smart passive design which responds to the growing urban ‘Place’ of Mooloolaba whilst looking to the future of Sunshine Coast architecture.

Currently in design stage and due for completion in 2015.
